Nichole Kammers - President

Nichole, along with husband Andy and their three amazing daughters, joined Cool Creek North in 2020. Originally from Nappanee, Indiana, and a proud Ball State University alum, Nichole brings a genuine love for life and community.

Nichole's into frisbee golf, kayaking, drumming and volleyball. Andy? He's all about frisbee golf, home improvement, guitar, and flying. Their daughters? Izzy's conquering the skies in Civil Air Patrol, Evy's a volleyball pro, and Charlie learning to be a tenor saxophone player.

But it's not just sports and music; this family knows how to make people feel welcome. Together, they host events for friends and neighbors. Nichole is excited to bring her energy and community spirit to the board! ????

Gary Appleton - Vice President

Gary and his wife Cathy have lived in Cool Creek North for 21 years and have been married for 42 years. They have one daughter, Kelsie who lives in Waco, Texas with her husband Elliot. Gary spent his career in material handling sales and retired in 2016. He and Cathy attend Northview Church, and serve on the greeter team, and serve as marriage mentors. Gary has always had an interest in serving on the board in order to preserve and enhance our neighborhood.

Ashley Cochran - Treasurer

Ashley is a native Hoosier from northeast Indy. She has lived in Cool Creek North for seven years with her husband Ben and two kids Zephram (8) and Alanna (6). She enjoys sewing, boating down at Lake Monroe, and disc golf, specifically down at BC3 in Brown County.

Wendy Srnic - Secretary

Wendy, her husband Goran, and their 4 children Milan, Milica, Mirjana, and Marko have lived in Cool Creek North since 2020. Wendy is VP of Seed R&D at Corteva Agriscience in Indianapolis, IN. Professionally, she also serves on the Board of Trustees for Grand View University (Des Moines, IA), the Board of Directors for the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute, and the Executive Board of St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church as Church School Coordinator. Before moving to Indiana, the Srnic's lived in Iowa, Ohio, Italy, and the UK. She loves agriculture, spending time with her family, is an avid gardener, and a runner.

Bob Piganelli - Board Member

Bob and Carol have lived in Cool Creek North for 34 years. In those 34 years, they have had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful neighbors. "Living in Cool Creek North has provided a positive environment for raising our two sons. We hope you are experiencing the same. It’s the best neighborhood in Carmel!"

David Knoll - Board Member

Dave, Dianna and daughters Stephanie and Nicole moved into Cool Creek North in the summer of 1986. Stephanie and Nicole both graduated from Carmel High School, and then Indiana University, a special embarrassment (and source of pride) to this Purdue Pete of 1959. Dave and Dianna are retired, from GTE/Verizon and Bank One/Chase, respectively..

Kevin Harvey - Board Member

Kevin has lived in Cool Creek North for two years with his wife and two children. Kevin is a stay at home dad to his 5 year old daughter and 4 year old son. If you see a house with a Broncos flag on it then you more than likely have found Kevin's house.
